Pollack is a boutique design company that specializes in unique and innovative designs by using a large, varied toolbox of artistry, fiber contents, yarns and weaving techniques. The company got its start 30 years ago, when founders Mark Pollack, Rick Sullivan and Susan Sullivan launched a memorable collection of 22 textile designs targeted to the high-end interiors market. Since then, the line has flourished and expanded into the contract, residential and hospitality markets, as a more decorative aesthetic was combined with the company’s solid technical foundation. The wide-ranging collection is celebrated for fabrics that easily cross the lines of these individual segments–fabrics marked by sophisticated design, intricate construction, nuanced color palettes and timeless style. All constructed in partnership with specialized mills from around the world, carefully selected based on their expertise and capabilities. Pollack merged operations with Weitzner Limited, a highly regarded wallcovering company known for its innovative designs, in 2011. With a worldwide following, Pollack remains a privately held company and employs approximately 70 people in its New York City headquarters and showroom and its Jersey City, NJ, warehouse.

Lori Weitzner is the founder and creative director of Weitzner, which she launched as a boutique company focusing mainly on handmade wallcoverings in 2004; as the brand expanded, Weitzner merged operations with Pollack in 2011 and launched its textile line in 2013. Today, Weitzner features a wide variety of fabric and wallcovering options, all unified under Lori's signature aesthetic.

Spring Street is a residential textile line launched by the premium fabric brand Pollack in September 2023, specializing in textiles designed specifically for residential interiors. Conceived by Pollack’s Design Director, Rachel Doriss, and her design team, the brand offers fabrics that blend naturally into residential spaces while adding a distinctive sense of artistic expression, and has continued to grow rapidly since its launch. Pollack, long renowned for its sophisticated textiles for high-end commercial spaces and refined interior projects, launched Spring Street as a lighter, more relaxed collection tailored specifically to the character and needs of residential interiors. More than simply producing fabrics, Spring Street represents the essence of the design studio’s artistic vision and textile expertise. Through watercolor-inspired graphics, distinctive weaves, and rich layers of color, the collection seeks to bring vitality, character, and a sense of artistic expression into the home.
